
For over 30 years, Kay served as an advocate for public education and public school employees. She served our community for many years including 9 years on theButts Co. BOE and will continue serving to keep the City of Jackson a great place to live for generations to come.
Kay has a record of bringing jobs to our area. No one will work harder to keep the jobs we have and bring new, quality jobs to Jackson. She will bring new ideas and citizens together to keep Jackson safe and attractive place to live, work and raise a family for generations to come. She will work hard to assure Jackson is a place our kids and grandchildren will want to come back to.
Kay is a 40-yr resident of Jackson. Kay and husband Darrell, a life-long resident and retired Jackson High School coach and teacher of 34 years, have two adult children: Andy and Bailey. The Pippins are members of Jackson United Methodist Church.
